Description
DAY 1:Departure time 6:00 am from your hotel in Flores or El Remate Arrival at Carmelita is 9:00 am Our first destination and stop for the first day is El Nacimiento, around 25 km walking, full of information about the area, animals, plans and actual situation. Our base camp to spend the night will be here.
DAY 2:Our second day, with more energy than the first, we start our morning with a delicious breakfast at 7:00am, after that, another walk for around 8 hours to get the second base camping, at El Mirador, our final destination.
DAY 3:Today, we are ready for a productive and interesting day, a tour around the site, learning about history, interesting facts, and the actual situation of the site; we can´t forget capturing unique pictures around the place.
DAY 4:Unfortunately, the day to say goodbye to El Mirador archaeological site has come. After breakfast, we will start our walking back to Carmelita.
DAY 5:The last day or the expedition, we will be getting Carmelita community around midday, the lunch will be ready and the bus is waiting for you to take you back to Flores or El Remate.
