- As soon as you do the payment, please send us your name, number of passengers, date and hour of traveling, address of your hotel, phone number and address of your destination; to what´s app (clic here to what´s app) to confirm all the information.
- You can be transfered to another bus of our company without advise.
- The pick up may be delayed, but after 20 minutes please, send us a message vĂa what´s app +502-46454796
- Transport of animals are not allowed, even we love them.
- We are not responsable for stirkes, huracanes, human or nature violence, disasters, wars and road problems.
- You are allowed one big bag and one small, extra big will have to be reported and paid 15USD per bag.
- We will not reimburse if you don´t take the service.
- Be ready 15 minutes before the departure time.
