• San Juan La Laguna’s main attraction is its fabulous range of authentic arts and crafts. It has a weaving centre run by local women that supports local Mayan textile traditions. • Santiago de Atitlan was the pre-Colombian capital of the Tzu’tujil Maya. It’s famous for the colourful traditional dress still worn today by the locals.
