Pay and Conditions

The services provided by Travel & Health can be paid from your own home or office in an easy and safe way by Paypal or a bank transfer. A payment of 50% should be made before the trip, which will include the reservation of all services, and the remaining 50% must be paid on reaching Guatemala.US Dollars are accepted in the office or in the Bank of Guatemala. Ask T&H about the payment procedure that will work best for you. The Premium and executive packages include medical expenses* (restrictions apply), accommodation, food, transportation, cell phone, eco and social tourism, and personal attention.

Date Changes and Cancellation Policy

If due to some force majeure it is necessary to change the date of the trip and the reservation is already made, notice must be given at least one week in advance in order to be able to modify the reservations at the customer´s convenience without a charge. Otherwise, 15% of the prepayment will be charged to cover our providers’ efes. In case of full cancellation, notice must be given at least one week in advance in order to receive a refund of 50% of the prepayment. Otherwise, T&H will not give any type of refund and said money will be used to cover our providers’ efes..
